Common questions
What is a credit?
Credits are your usage balance, not a fixed number of images. The total credit cost depends on the tool, quality mode, resolution, number of images, video duration, and face reference. Studio shows the cost and estimated remaining balance before you generate.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly credits reset each billing cycle. Daily bonus credits (Pro & Agency) expire at end of day.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle with prorated adjustments.
Is there an API?
Yes. Programmatic REST API access requires an active Developer or Scale subscription. See the API reference for supported endpoints, authentication, and limits.
What payment methods do you accept?
